Customized Wellness classes for Seniors:

Our wellness classes are a great way for seniors to stay healthy by working on flexibility, hand-eye coordination, and light exercising. Exercises during these classes are structured in a step-by-step manner to promote increased memory strength. With your safety in mind, you will experience no physical contact during these classes unless otherwise requested. Some of the benefits from our senior wellness classes include:

What To Expect:

At the start of each class, you can expect to go through a series of stretching exercises. This will help prevent injuries and get your body ready for exercise. Next, we typically go through a series of light workouts that help hand-eye coordination, increase flexibility, and improve memory function. Depending on your capabilities, we can add light karate sets and forms into your wellness class. Each student is different and has their own needs, so before your class, we discuss your comfort level and capabilities to ensure a safe and healthy experience.
